Southern Potato Salad

This mustard-based based potato salad was delicious:
  •  3 pounds boiled potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 6 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 dill pickles, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients together and mix until well-combined and creamy. Add more mayonnaise and mustard depending on tastes.
